La Casa de los Patios
Our History
La Casa de los Patios is a colonial mansion built in the 18th century, during the Viceroyalty of New Spain. Its architecture is representative of the Mexican colonial style, organized around the traditional central patio, surrounded by wide corridors and elegant columns with cantera stone and decorative painted finishes.
After a careful restoration that respected the original architectural elements — cantera stone arches, interior patios, columned corridors and adobe walls —, this historic estate was transformed into a boutique hotel in 2001.
The covered central patio serves as the heart of the hotel. Today it functions as a restaurant, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.
